Exciting Development: Waves Dania Beach
A significant new real estate project is emerging in Palm Beach County, Florida, known as Waves Dania Beach. This ambitious initiative involves the construction of two 15-story towers, named 90 Wave and 70 Wave, totaling 1.3 million square feet, as reported by the South Florida Business Journal. Originally designed to reach a height of 210 feet, the buildings have been modified to a height of 188 feet during the planning process.
Each tower will encompass around 650,000 square feet, offering a total of 760 residential units ranging from studios to three-bedroom apartments, with 380 units in each tower. The development will also provide ample amenities, including 1,400 parking spaces and nearly 40,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. Covering an area of 5.8 acres, the project is being managed by Kast Construction, with architectural designs by Nichols Brosch Wurst & Wolfe. The towers will feature a breezeway connecting them and will be situated alongside a waterway, promising picturesque views for residents.
